Are Dogs welcome?
The Village at Mammoth is a public place and leashed dogs are welcome. Please keep in mind that the weather may be hot and there are very few if any shade options. In addition, thousands of people and families will be in attendance. This can be overstimulating and stressful for dogs. We’ve seen many a dog scrap break out in the Village during the event. So please keep this in consideration.
Why are only two day tasting tickets sold?
We have sold out in the past. We are pre-selling two day tickets only. This helps us meet the needs of distillers and prevent overcrowding.

Can anyone attend the events?
YES. Families, individuals and children are all welcome to attend the FREE live music that is provided Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tasting Tickets are only sold to those over 21 years of age.

Who can attend the tastings?
ONLY adults over the age of 21 years of age that can demonstrate their age through a valid Drivers License or Passport. This is required at the time of the pickup of the tasting tickets. We will ID anyone that looks under the age of 40, so please be prepared.
What do the tasting tickets include?
The tasting tickets include a bright-colored wristband and full access to the tastings offerings during the allotted times. Please visit the Buy Tickets page for details and times.

Will there be merchandise sold at the event?
Yes, merchandise will be sold at the event. However, we have sold out of merchandise in the past. Pre-ordering will ensure that you get the merchandise you like and in the instance of retail, the size you’d prefer.

Are you shipping merchandise?
No. All pre-ordered merchandise will be distributed during the event. Visit the Registration booth for pickup of your pre-ordered merchandise.

Where can I stay in Mammoth?
Lodging is limited and Labor Day Weekend is an anticipated busy time. The campgrounds too may be limited based on the huge winter we just had and the delayed openings. Please plan ahead. Our lodging partners are listed above.

Any refunds?
All Sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable or transferrable. The festival will take place rain or shine. Artists and times are subject to change. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and other infectious and/or communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria, or illnesses. Holder assumes all risk and danger including, without limitation, injury, death, personal loss, property damage, or other related harm. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms, conditions and/or rules for the event in which this ticket is issued.
